Production Phase
In the ‘production phase’, students are guided through lectures, tutorials, presentations, and interactive dialogues in 2-3 cycles to accommodate a full design-thinking process for training students’ abilities to ‘empathise’, ‘define’, ‘ideate’, ‘prototype’ and ‘test’ in developing a lesson plan.
They will make use of a reflective, self-monitoring evaluation form to track their own progress, on top of tutors, peers and may be guest school-teachers' comments, to refine their prototypes, before testing the final output.
