The Research

由於近年教師壓力(teacher pressure)及教師倦怠感(teacher burnout)的情況日趨嚴重,本研究基於自決理論(Self-determination Theory)剖析了「教師基本心理需要滿意程度」(Teachers’ Basic Psychological Need)、「教師幸福感」(Teachers’ Well-being)及「教師給予社會支持」(Social Support Giving)三個概念之間的關係。研究試圖驗證在個體與環境的調適整合過程中,教師的自主、能力及關係三方面的重要性,以及這對於教師給予學生支援的正向影響。結果表明,教師幸福感及理想的教學環境有利於促進學生不同方面的學習和發展。研究成果亦可以作為學校未來發展的參考要點。
